OUTLOOK AND WINDOWS LIVE EMAIL SETUPSetting up emails with your businesses domain name can be an exciting thing, as to say it can add a little more professionalism to your business. But logging on to Webmail can not be feasable sometimes. So, what can we do? We can set up your business email through Outlook or Windows Live on your home or work PC.
This tutorial will show you how to set your emails up via Outlook so you will recieve emails directly to your PC without having to log in via the internet.
Step 1) Log in to your websites CPanel using the log in credentials supplied by your hosting provider.

Step 2) Once you have logged in to your CPanel, scroll down to the Email section and click the 'Emails Accounts' icon.

Step 3) The second section on this page will display your email accounts. To the right of this list, there is an option titled 'Set Up Mail Client'

Step 4) Keep this page open as you will be needing the 'Secure SSL/TLS settings' once you are in Outlook. These setting are what will connect Outlook to the server and enable emails to come directly to you.

Step 5) Open Outlook and click on the 'File' option in the top left corner.

Step 6) Choose 'Add Account'

Step 7) Select 'Manual setup or additional server types'

Step 8) Choose the option of 'POP or IMAP'. Hit next.

Step 9) Enter all of the relevant information that is shown in Step 4. After entering the server information, go to the 'More Settings' button on the right of the pop up and go into 'more settings'.

Step 10) In the more settings pane, go to the tab labelled 'Outgoing Server' and check the option that says 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentification.

Step 11) Then go to the 'Advanced Tab' on the pop up and enter in the rest of the server information displayed in Step 4.

Step 12) Hit OK at the bottom of the pop up and then next in the main window. This will now set up your email account to your Outlook and send you an automatic email.
If the setup does not seem to work, please go back to step 6 (but choose account settings -> repair account) and follow the steps again to double check the informaiton you have entered is correct.
