Cancelling Your Service
You may find a cheaper option or you dont want to have a website anymore, which is leading you to this page. That is OK. In this article we will outline how to cancel your service with AIA web.
Note: Cancellation and refunds are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Log in to the AIAWeb console using the email and password associated with the account. If you did not receive/do not remember the information, simply hit the 'Forgot Password' option and follow the prompts in the reset password email.
2. From the top menu bar select 'Services'
3. From the dropdown select 'My Services'
4. In this section you will se a list of the services you have with AIA.
5. Click on the service you wish to cancel
6. On the left hand side of the page you will see a panel labelled 'Actions'
7. Click the 'Request Cancellation'
8. Describe why you are cancelling (this is here so we can better serve you and customers in the future)
9. Choose the cancellation type from the dopdown menu
10. Hit 'Request Cancellation'
11. Your cancellation will be sent to the AIA Web support team for action and you will be sent cancellation notification emails to the address associated with the account.
