Sometimes Microsoft does Operating System Updates and (not often) this can have a effect on some of the settings in your computer. This can effect your email and outlook set up. If you find that your emails are not sending or receiving, it could be because the settings have reverted to the default.

This tutorial will take you through the steps on how to repair your email account on Outlook and get your emails up and running again.

step 8

Step 9) Compare the information in this pop up box to the server settings in your cPanel Account. Making sure that everything input box has information in it. After you have checked these setting and fixed them (if neccessary), then hit the 'More Settings' button.
